Frequently
asked questions.
The free session, the studio, hours, parking and how we train.
What happens at the free consultation session?
Your complimentary consultation covers three things: an injury-risk and movement assessment, body composition and baseline data, and a workout and nutrition game plan.
We measure how your body moves, where you’re strong, where you’re vulnerable, and exactly what it will take to reach your goal.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. It is a $200 consultation, on us. Spots are limited each week.
How do I book my free session?
Answer a few quick questions on the free session page and leave your name, email and phone. Our team will be in touch within 24 hours to lock in your time.
Where is PLF Fitness?
2020 S Robertson Blvd, Studio C, Los Angeles, CA 90034, in Beverly Hills. We serve Beverly Hills, Century City, Westwood, Culver City, Sawtelle, Mid City and West LA.
What are your hours?
The studio is open 24 hours and works by appointment only.
Is there parking?
Yes. Parking is free.
Are there showers?
Yes. Clean showers and a water station.
What recovery do you offer?
Theraguns, Normatec, cupping, and deep-tissue work help you heal faster, stay pain-free, and come back stronger every session.
How do you track progress?
We use InBody scans and real measurements to show progress the mirror can’t see. If it matters, we track it.
Is PLF a regular gym?
No. PLF is a private, high-performance training space, appointment only. No crowds, no guesswork. Just elite trainers, world-class equipment, and a focused environment where you can actually make progress.
Do you work with injuries or pain?
Tell us. The consultation starts with an injury-risk and movement assessment, and anything you share about injuries, pain or limitations goes straight to your trainer before you arrive.
Can I choose a male or female trainer?
When you claim your free session, the form asks whether you prefer a male or female trainer, or have no preference.
Do I need to be in shape to start?
No. Our clients are real people at every stage, and the training method works for every body type and every stage of life. Your plan starts from your own assessment.
What does PLF stand for?
Parking Lot Fitness. A parking lot, a few people who wanted to be stronger, and a trainer who showed up whether or not anyone else did. The studio came later.
Are you hiring personal trainers?
Yes. Read about the personal trainer role and apply on our careers page.
